Beginner’s Sourdough Workshop

Our Beginners Sourdough Workshop is the perfect gift. Our courses take place at our home bakery in Monaghan on Saturday mornings. In our class you will learn about sourdough starter and how to keep it alive and healthy. How to make, shape and bake your sourdough bread. Learn how to turn your home oven into a professional bread oven. Have something to eat and drink. You will leave with your own sourdough starter, sourdough loaf and a copy of a few of our favorite recipes. The workshops run every month. They run-on Sat from 10am - 1:30pm. You can contact us on behalf of the person you are giving the gift to and book them in or they can pick a date themselves.
